1. Scope and definitions
These terms apply to the CompPulse subscription endpoint monitoring service provided by BLM Enterprise Kft.
Customer means any natural person or legal entity ordering or using the service. License means one active endpoint entitlement for using the CompPulse client.
These terms cover the web portal, administration features, and the Windows client application.
2. Nature of service
CompPulse is a diagnostic, monitoring, and alerting service intended to improve early visibility of performance, stability, and security risks.
The service is not an automatic remediation or recovery tool, does not autonomously modify customer systems, and does not replace backups, antivirus, EDR, or operator supervision.
Service signals support decision-making but are not an absolute guarantee of detection in all scenarios.
3. Contract, activation, subscription
Service use requires registration, order placement, and administrative activation by the provider.
The number of purchased licenses determines how many endpoints may be active concurrently.
The provider may limit access in case of unlawful, abusive, or security-threatening use.
4. Fees and payment terms
Hungarian subscription pricing is HUF 2,000 / license / month (VAT included). Non-Hungarian packages are EUR 5 / license / month (VAT included).
Annual prepayment is billed as 10 monthly fees for 12 months of service.
Payments are made by bank transfer based on a pro forma invoice/invoice issued by the provider. Activation and continued service depend on payment compliance.
5. Customer obligations
The customer must provide accurate and up-to-date contact data and protect account credentials.
The customer is responsible for lawful endpoint usage, local administrator-right management, and own internal IT security and backup policies.
The customer must not use the service for abusive, unauthorized access, or attack-related purposes.
6. Data processing and GDPR principles
The service primarily processes technical telemetry (for example device identifier, hostname, CPU/RAM/disk/network metrics, boot time, crash signals, client version, alerts).
Data minimization applies: the service is not designed to analyze personal file contents and intentional collection of such content is not part of normal operation.
Legal basis includes contract performance, legitimate interest (security and service quality), and applicable legal obligations. Data-subject rights may be exercised via provider contact channels.
7. Cookies and web technical data
The portal uses necessary cookies for session, login, CSRF protection, and language preference.
No marketing or third-party tracking cookies are currently used.
Disabling required cookies may cause partial or full loss of portal functionality.
8. Information security
The provider applies reasonable technical and organizational controls for data protection in transit and at rest.
The customer acknowledges that complete risk elimination cannot be guaranteed in public network environments.
In case of suspected security incident, the customer must notify the provider without delay; the provider may apply temporary protective restrictions.
9. Liability and limitations
CompPulse does not guarantee advance detection of every hardware fault, performance issue, security incident, or data-loss event.
The provider excludes or limits liability for indirect, consequential, downtime, and lost-profit damages, and for damages caused by customer-side configuration, network, or third-party failures.
Except for intentional misconduct and non-excludable statutory liability, total provider liability is limited to the net value of the last three months of the affected subscription.
10. Termination
The subscription may terminate by ordinary notice, non-payment, material breach, or statutory reasons.
After termination, access may be limited or revoked and client functions may become partially or fully inactive.
Data retained by legal/accounting obligations may be preserved; other processing is terminated or anonymized within a reasonable period.
11. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Hungarian law.
Parties shall first attempt amicable resolution; failing that, disputes are handled by competent Hungarian courts.
Consumer customers may also use available alternative dispute resolution channels under applicable law.
