Data Transparency

Trust by design: what CompPulse does and does not collect

CompPulse is built for technical monitoring. It does not inspect personal file contents. Every customer can verify transmitted and stored data at any time.

P0

No personal file content collection

100

Last 100 sent payloads visible in client

DB

Full machine data export in web portal

60D

Maximum 60-day server retention

What we collect

Only technical telemetry required for diagnostics and protection: CPU/RAM/disk/network metrics, boot and uptime context, crash signals, anomaly indicators, client version, and machine health markers.

What we do not collect

We do not intentionally read personal documents, photos, message contents, browser page contents, or private file text/body data.

How to verify in the client

Open Settings in the CompPulse desktop app and review the built-in list of the last 100 successfully sent payloads.

How to verify in the portal

In your web account, each machine has an export function that downloads all currently stored database records related to that device.

Retention policy

CompPulse keeps telemetry for a maximum of 60 days. Older records are automatically deleted by policy to minimize long-term data exposure.

Why this matters

You get early warning signals for stability and security without giving up control over private content. Transparent telemetry builds technical trust for home and business users.
