Practical answers about how CompPulse works, what data it handles, how licensing works, and when support can help.
Operation
What does CompPulse do?
It monitors Windows device health, sends telemetry to the server, and shows alerts with recommendations when it detects performance, stability, or security signals.
How often is data uploaded?
The upload interval is configurable per customer in the admin area. If the endpoint is offline, data waits locally and uploads automatically when the connection returns.
Does it change anything on the PC?
No. It monitors, evaluates, and warns. Any fix or intervention remains a user or administrator decision.
Is it Windows-only?
The current client is available for Windows. A macOS version is planned, but the first release focuses on Windows endpoints.
Privacy
What data is collected?
Technical health data such as CPU, memory, disk, network, boot time, crash/BSOD signals, client version, and behavior patterns like unusual I/O or mass file changes.
Does it read personal files?
No. The goal is diagnostics and security alerting. CompPulse does not analyze personal document contents and does not upload personal files.
What happens without internet?
The client keeps running silently, stores measurements locally, and sends them to the server when the connection is available again.
Licensing and billing
How does licensing work?
One license covers one active machine. If all seats are used, a new machine can be activated only after freeing a slot in the account.
How does payment work?
After ordering we call you, then send a pro forma invoice by e-mail. Service starts after payment confirmation and admin activation.
How much does it cost?
Outside the Hungarian page, the CompPulse price is 5 EUR / license / month. With annual prepayment, you pay for 10 months instead of 12.
What happens after expiry?
The client shows expiry status and runs during the grace period. After that, an active subscription login is required.
Support
Can I request IT support?
Yes. Remote or on-site IT support is available. For non-Hungarian pages the indicative home-user price is 50 EUR / hour, while business support is quoted individually.
What happens after I place an order?
We contact every customer by phone, confirm the requirements, and then send the payment details by e-mail.
